ADSYS is an EPC contractor and System Integrator. Here in ADSYS we adapt PMI based project approach and assign only PMP certified project managers to lead the process.

The project management methodology for each project is a specifically designed approach towards project. It is built on customer project management requirements, PMI based project management approach, customer quality & safety requirements and country specific standards. Project managers are fully capable to manage cost, quality and deliver project on time.

In MEGA/Critical projects, ADSYS creates a project steering committee on top of project organization to facilitate quick decision making and management support to the project. The project steering committee involves top management of ADSYS.

Besides our own teams, ADSYS also has an effective procurement department where a large list of prequalified subcontractors and suppliers are registered. These subcontractors and suppliers are utilized as per project needs; however key project personnel are from ADSYS to ensure quality of the project.

ADSYS adapts and ISO based Quality policy. Every project will have QA/QC teams to ensure quality of the project during design, production and also during implementation.

ADSYS has a very strict SAFETY policy based on OSHAS 18001 standard. Certified and trained resources are engaged specific to project requirements. We have an intense penalty system in place and No employee is allowed to compromise on SAFETY requirements.
